How long will it be until I receive my exercise program?

New one on one clients will receive instructions on how to submit a recorded posture assessment within 24 hours after signing their training agreement, and should have access to their program within 24 hours after submitting their assessment.

Any delay in signing your agreement or submitting your posture assessment may delay access to your exercise program and nutrition handbook.

Why a nutrition handbook instead of a meal plan?

Although most meal plans are well designed, they are difficult to follow for most of us. Before you take on the demands that come with a meal plan, I want to help you understand your food better and develop a healthy attitude toward eating.

What if I want to change programs?

Simply ask your personal trainer and at your request they can switch you to a more effective or cost-efficient subscription. You will receive a refund for any unused weeks of training on your previous subscription.

What if I'm not satisfied with my training?
